Transformuj.ai is run by Jakub Liška and Tomáš Neumann. We set up AI on the real routines of small and medium-sized companies.

    a shared story

    The workation that almost did not happen

    We originally planned the event as a classic workshop. Then the plans got complicated and Jakub wanted to call it off. Instead of cancelling, we changed the format to a workation. Tomáš took it on himself, found the people and fine-tuned the venue. Within a few days, collaborations were agreed over the grill. And the booking system that Tomáš dictated into his phone was ready within a few hours.

    We run on it ourselves

    The content writer writes articles for Eva Lofa, 136 so far, and it runs publicly. Visionary Hub is running. Jakub's LinkedIn runs with AI, and Jakub admitted that publicly. The calculator and the goal field on this website are ours.

  1. until 2017

    A first business of his own

    He founded Box4Pet.cz, the first Czech subscription box for pets. It was the first time he handled product, logistics and operations himself.

  2. 2017 to 2020

    Glasses that had to be made

    With Lume Eyewear he built a Czech brand of designer eyewear. It started with a handmade prototype and ended with series production in the Czech Republic. He dealt with production and operations, meaning what you cannot see in a design. The collections were nominated for Czech Grand Design 2018 in the Jewellery Designer of the Year category, and both Forbes and Vogue wrote about them. The main thing he learned: a physical product does not forgive mistakes. No step can be undone with one click, and every one of them costs something.

  3. 2022 to 2024

    E-shops and systems

    He led e-commerce projects at Sounds Good and Shopsys, including connections to company ERP and SAP systems. More than ten years in product and e-commerce before AI arrived. He knows where companies lose time, because he tracked it down himself.

  4. from 2024

    All in on AI

    At Appmine he builds with AI every day. He has personally spent over five thousand hours working with it, and that is his personal number, not a team total. He has publicly admitted that AI writes his texts. The ideas are his, the wording is often written by AI, and behind it stands a system he built himself.

    His own ventures alongside Transformuj

    He is building Visionary Hub, a website for finding AI tools with 20,000+ tools in 35 languages. And Vestory, a platform for investors and off-market properties.

    Transformuj

    He is founding Transformuj with Tomáš.

  1. where he came from

    The path before Transformuj

    He entered IT project management in 2012 as a project manager. Then he co-founded K10 Coworking, today part of Impact Hub, and Idea Delivery Lab for the innovation teams of banks. Tenants included Česká spořitelna and Komerční banka. Today he has over fifteen years behind him in running IT projects, products and companies, from developing websites and apps to a digital agency.

    His own studio

    Since 2014 he has run Appmine, the studio under which Transformuj runs today.

  3. from 2017

    Poetizer

    Since 2017 he has been a co-founder of Poetizer, a social network for poetry, and took part in its first versions. He built a network for poets, today he keeps an eye on the cash flow.

    Vestory and Staropramen

    He is building Vestory, a closed platform for investors and off-market properties. And he led a summer project for Staropramen.
