Information about how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website.
Effective from: September 30, 2026
What are cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way. For simplicity, we call all of them cookies here.
Under Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, we may store without your consent only what is strictly necessary to run the website or to provide a service you asked for. Everything else needs your consent.
Strictly necessary cookies (no consent needed)
They keep the website working and remember your choices. We do not share any of them with third parties.
| Name | Purpose | Where it is stored | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie-consent | Remembers your choice: whether you allow traffic measurement and session recording, the policy version and the time of the choice (JSON) | browser storage (localStorage) | 6 months, then we ask again; earlier if you change your choice or clear the site data in your browser |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers the language you picked in the language switcher | cookie | 1 year |
| transformuj_currency | Remembers the currency we show prices in | localStorage | until you clear the site data |
| v4-zamer-predvyplneni | Carries what you typed in the goal field over to the contact form on the next page | sessionStorage | until you close the tab |
| __ph_opt_in_out_ + project key | Remembers that you rejected analytics so it does not start again | localStorage | until you change your choice or clear the site data |
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
Analytics runs on PostHog. You give consent separately for two purposes: Analytics (traffic measurement) and Session recording. Both are off by default. Measurement starts once you allow it (with Accept all or with the switch under Choose), recording only if you allow it as well. Until you consent, no analytics cookie or recording is stored and nothing is sent.
Traffic measurement (consent to measurement)
- Pages you visit, where you came from (for example a link or campaign parameters), the language and currency of the site
- Clicks on links and buttons and form submissions, without what you type into the form
- Calculator steps (the options you pick) and the fact that you submitted the goal field, without the text itself
- Technical data: browser, device, operating system, screen size, approximate location derived from the IP address, loading speed and website errors
- A random browser identifier that lets us recognise a repeat visit. We do not link it to your name or e-mail
- A record of your cookie choice (which categories you allowed, policy version and time), so that we can demonstrate that you gave consent. A refusal is not sent anywhere, it stays only in your browser
Session recording (separate consent to recording)
Only if you allow recording as well, PostHog records for some visits (roughly every second one) how you move around the page: scrolling, clicks and changes on the page. It is not a screen video but a reconstruction of the page. It helps us find places where the website confuses people or breaks. Recording can only be switched on together with measurement, while measurement also works without recording.
- All form fields are hidden in the recording, and so are the whole goal field, the calculator and the forms, including text the website shows back to you
- E-mail addresses and phone numbers in the rest of the page text are hidden
- We do not record network traffic content or browser console output
- Recording does not start until you consent to recording and stops as soon as you withdraw that consent
- Recordings shorter than 5 seconds are not saved, saved recordings are deleted after 30 days
PostHog cookies and storage
| Name | Purpose | Where it is stored | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| ph_ + project key + _posthog | Random browser and session identifier, analytics settings (stored with consent to measurement) | cookie and localStorage | cookie 180 days, localStorage until you withdraw consent, your choice expires after 6 months or you clear the site data |
| ph_ + project key + _window_id and other ph_ entries | Tells windows and sessions apart for session recording | sessionStorage | until you close the tab |
Provider: PostHog Inc. (USA). Data is stored in PostHog's data centre in the European Union (PostHog EU Cloud). Your browser sends it through our own domain (transformuj.ai/ingest). Based on our settings, PostHog does not store your IP address. More in the PostHog Privacy Policy.
Third-party services that load only when you ask for them
The Cal.com booking calendar (Cal.com, Inc., USA) loads only when you click the button to pick a time. Until then your browser does not connect to Cal.com. Cal.com may then store its own cookies under its own policy, see the Cal.com Privacy Policy.
Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your browser does not connect to Google or other providers for them.
We use no marketing or advertising cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not run on this website.
How to give, refuse or withdraw consent
- On your first visit, choose Reject all, Choose or Accept all in the banner. All three buttons sit side by side and look the same, rejecting is as easy as accepting.
- Under Choose you switch Analytics and Session recording on separately and confirm with Save choice. Both switches are off by default, recording can only be switched on together with measurement.
- You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the button here or in the footer of every page.
- After you reject or withdraw measurement, analytics stops right away and we delete PostHog cookies and storage from your browser. If you switch off recording only, recording stops right away and measurement continues. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
- We remember your choice for 6 months. After that, or when this policy changes significantly, the banner asks you again.
- You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. If you clear the site data, the banner will ask you again.
Contact and changes
Send questions about cookies to info@transformuj.ai. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update this policy when the tools the website uses change. The current version is always on this page.
