The ideal path: self-assessment → free audit → Diagnostics → a tier. Diagnostics delivers a 3-month plan and is drawn as credit from invoices. Without it Partnership starts with a mini-audit included in the first 2 weeks.
Queue · in progress · done, visible anytime. A short weekly update, a one-page monthly KPI report and a 30-minute review. If a month fails, we say it in the report first.
Pause anytime from month 2: we finish work in progress, the queue freezes, you don’t pay. Monthly cancellation with no penalty, handover of repos and access within 14 days. Downgrade always possible.
So it doesn’t get confused.
Sparring (23,800 CZK, 8 h) is expert time: you talk, they advise. Orientation (9,900 CZK) is execution in a queue: we do the work. Different product, different client.
Care (from 9,900 CZK) maintains a project we built. Orientation moves your AI forward — and care for our projects is included in it.
Prepaid capacity for development projects within the subscription. Drawn per the Development price list, unused carries over 3 months.
