These terms govern the relationship between the provider and users of Transformuj.ai services.

Consultations

• Individual / corporate
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Online via Google Meet
• Rescheduling possible up to 24 hours in advance
• Summary or recommendations may be provided after consultation

Workshops

• B2B workshops
• B2C workshops for public and parents
• In-person or online format
• Content, structure, and participation requirements are listed for each workshop

Subscriptions (AI Team as a Service)

• Plans: Intel / Core / Scale / Build / Enterprise
• Unlimited users within one company
• Consultation and support hours
• Slack/Email helpdesk
• Development/automation according to plan scope
• Enterprise plans may include custom SLA

Partnerships

• Cooperation with trainers, integrators, agencies
• Revenue-share models
• Terms are agreed upon in individual contracts

Referral Program "Refer Us"

• Users can refer a person or company via form
• The form is not a binding service order

Consultations

• Ordering is done by selecting a time slot.
• Contract is formed by confirming the time slot and payment, if a price is indicated.

Workshops

• Ordering is done via form or individually.
• Contract is formed by provider confirming the order.

Subscriptions

• Contract is concluded by signing or electronic approval of offer (email, PDF, contract).
• Plans may include minimum commitment period.

Partnerships

• Formed by signing a contract.

Transformuj.ai does not operate a public e-shop or online checkout; each service is confirmed individually.

• Service prices are listed in individual offers or communicated individually.
• Prices are listed excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated for the service.
• Payment is made by bank transfer to the provider's account based on an issued invoice (as agreed).
• Subscriptions may be billed monthly/quarterly/annually according to the agreed plan.

Payment Method

Payments are made by bank transfer to the provider's account based on an issued invoice. We do not process online card payments and do not store any payment card data.

Refunds and Returns

• Refunds are possible within 14 days of contract conclusion in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code (right to withdraw from contract).
• Refunds are also possible if the service was not provided due to reasons on the provider's side.
• Refunds are processed back to the bank account from which the payment was made.
• Refund processing time is usually 5-10 business days.

• User is obliged to provide truthful information.
• User must not disrupt website functionality or interfere with technical infrastructure.
• User is responsible for ensuring that data provided during consultations or workshops does not violate third-party rights.

• Provider is obliged to provide services in the agreed scope and quality.
• Provider may change workshop or consultation dates for serious operational reasons.
• Provider may refuse to provide service if it would result in violation of law or security principles.

Consultations

• Date can be changed no later than 24 hours in advance.
• If change does not occur in time, service is considered provided.

Workshops

Cancellation of participation is governed by individual agreement or information provided for the specific workshop.

Subscriptions

• Notice period and its rules are set by contract.
• Long-term plans may include minimum commitment period.

• Content of workshops, consultations, and AI outputs is advisory in nature.
• Provider is not liable for damages caused by incorrect use of recommendations or outputs.
• AI tools may generate suggestions that require validation by user or expert.

Provider uses artificial intelligence tools for:

• Creating consultation summaries
• Preparing recommendations
• Analyzing texts provided by user
• Automating services within subscriptions

AI tools are used in NDA-safe modes that do not allow data to be used for model training. User agrees to the use of AI tools to the extent necessary for service provision, unless otherwise agreed.

Personal data protection is governed by a separate document Privacy Policy, available at: www.transformuj.ai/en/privacy

Contractual relationship with provider means that user has read and acknowledges these policies.

To improve our services, we use the analytics tool PostHog: traffic measurement and behaviour on the website only with the visitor's consent to measurement, session recording with form fields masked only with their separate consent to recording. More information about data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

• Complaints can be submitted by email to info@transformuj.ai.
• Service is intangible; complaints are resolved by individual adjustment of service provision or other appropriate solution.
• User is not entitled to refund if service was provided in agreed time and scope.

• Materials from workshops, AI outputs, or documents created by provider are protected by copyright.
• Sharing, selling, or commercial use without provider's consent is prohibited.
• User may use materials only for personal use.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published at www.transformuj.ai/terms (English) or www.transformuj.ai/podminky (Czech).

Legal relationships are governed by Czech law. Disputes are resolved before the competent court in the Czech Republic.
