Transparent development in action
At Appmine.cz we believe in an open approach to innovation. That's why we decided to show what a modern AI-driven revenue management system for real estate and short-term rentals looks like. YieldOS is not a finished product for sale: it's a clickable concept demo that shows the standard your team can quickly reach with a clear specification and the right tools.
What YieldOS is and why it was created
YieldOS is a comprehensive showcase MVP for AI-driven revenue management in real estate and short-term rentals of the Airbnb or Booking.com type. It is an application with roles for owners and managers, offering what-if pricing, forecasting, event management, automation and an AI assistant.
The goal is not to sell finished software, but to demonstrate in practice what an AI-first revenue operating system should look like and how quickly a working prototype with clear product logic can be built.
Key features for different roles
For Hotel/Property Managers: Day-to-day operational management with a focus on immediate optimisations. The system delivers daily pricing recommendations for individual units, an overview of upcoming events affecting prices, performance monitoring with quick identification of problems and a flexible option of manual adjustments with automatic safety limits.
For Fund Clients (Investors): A strategic dashboard for investment decisions with an emphasis on long-term return. It provides revenue forecasting with various scenarios for months and quarters, portfolio performance benchmarking, AI-powered insights for optimising investments and executive reporting ready for boards with key financial metrics.
Technology architecture
The platform is built on the most modern web technologies with an emphasis on performance and scalability. The frontend uses React 18 with TypeScript to ensure robust and reliable code. The design system is built on Tailwind CSS and professional UI components, which guarantees a consistent and modern user interface.
The application architecture supports a multi-tenant environment with advanced role management, localisation into different languages and a customisable user interface. The system is ready for seamless integration with existing PMS systems and external APIs through the modern TanStack Query infrastructure.
At the current stage it runs on demo data, but the technical architecture is fully ready for production deployment with real data from hotel systems and market sources.
Business value and monetisation
The system brings threefold value to a property portfolio. It increases revenue through dynamic pricing and reactions to demand, competition and events. It increases efficiency through AI recommendations and rule automation. And it provides trust and quality reporting with portfolio KPIs, forecasts and benchmarking.
Possible monetisation models include a subscription model by portfolio or units, monthly per-unit fees, a performance fee for exceeding baseline KPIs and add-ons such as integration or expert consulting.
Transparency and limitations
It is important to stress that this is a showcase with mock data and no production backend. Security aspects such as RLS, audit, encryption and GDPR compliance are not addressed: they belong on the roadmap after connecting to real data.
What we offer teams
For teams that want to develop a similar system we are preparing a handoff pack containing a detailed specification in PDF, metaprompts for design language and prototyping, a UI kit with typography, colours and components, and read-only access to the repository or a Loom walkthrough.
Roadmap and future
The technical roadmap includes implementing a service layer for the API, lazy loading of components, error boundaries and telemetry. The product roadmap focuses on a functional AI assistant, market benchmarking and export functionality. The business roadmap addresses the pricing model and demo datasets for different cities.
